Julian Crow is a graduate of Newcastle Business School. After three years in account management he moved into recruitment in 1996. He was a Director of one of the fastest growing financial services recruitment firms and was responsible for the Finance, Audit, Risk and Front Office divisions.

Malcolm Clark is a graduate of Exeter University. After joining Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants and spending four years in the media industry he joined a leading global recruitment firm in 1994 specializing in Banking Operations. He was then a Director at the same firm as Julian and was responsible for Operations, Asset Management/Custody and International Offices.
