Bayley Needham currently conducts most of its international work as a ‘pipeline’ of candidates from the UK to other locations. Due to the changing nature of infrastructure recruitment e.g. outsourcing and off-shoring to the likes of India, Singapore and non-London locations (Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Dublin, Bournemouth etc), Bayley Needham anticipate this requirement continuing to grow.

95% of assignments are currently carried out in London, however assignments have been undertaken in:
