1. One to one consultation
We meet all our candidates for a consultation on their career. We like to talk through the level of interest in looking for a new role, the types of role that you would like and then discuss various options and make a game plan of what to do next. It is imperative that this in-depth discussion is open from both sides to enable us to provide a real added value service to our candidates. This will be with an experienced and relevant consultant.
2.CV Preparation
A well presented CV does not get you a job but it can make all the difference in getting you an interview. After all you are the best person to highlight your achievements! The following general information should help you think about and prepare your CV:
- Education & Professional Qualifications
In chronological order. Include the institution name, subject and grade.
In chronological commencing with the most recent. Detail your work experience to date highlighting your title, company name, commencement and completion dates
List all software systems that you have used and mention any advanced knowledge that you possess. Some companies need people with direct relevant experience and this can significantly enhance your chances of success.
